What are we up to?

WEEK OF May 19, 2008

We made it!  I can't believe that there are only 5 more days of school left!  I have really enjoyed working with each one of you and love to see the progress we made!  This week, we will be finishing up our unit on World War II in Social Studies.  We will have our awards day on Tuesday, May 20th at 9:00.  At 11:00, we will have our 5th grade cookout.  We will also be tie-dying t-shirts this week!  Our 5th grade vs. Teachers kickball game will take place on Friday.  The students have never beaten the teachers, so we will see if they can change the record this year!  I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL summer!

Be aware that students will have the Drops in the Bucket Math worksheet every night for homework and their Spelling Packets are due on Friday.
